No Software Patents: Meetup at CIS on February 6
Our team at CIS India thanks you for opposing software patents in India by signing the petition. If you stay in Bangalore, we invite you to a meetup on the topic of Software Patents, this Saturday (Feb 6th). We will have a few subject matter experts amongst us too.

There will be Barcamp style discussions on Software Patents with the following interesting elements:
- How do software patents affect entrepreneurs, particularly start-ups and SMEs.
- Impact of software patents on open source.
- What can we do about it.
